The Advisory Committee on Reactor Operations for The Ohio State University, License No. R-75, met on October 4, 1979 to consider several changes to the facility's Security Plan.
These changes were reviewed relative to 10CFR50.54 (p), and it was concluded that none of the changes decreases the effectiveness of the plan.
Therefore, the changes have been incorporated into the plan, effective January 7,1980, and a conplete revised copy is enclosed with this letter.
