Provided under this cover is the combined 1994 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report (ARE0R) and July - December 1994 Radiological Effluent Release Report (RERR) for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS). Attachment 1 to the combined report contains the 1994 Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program Sample Analysis Results. Toledo Edison intends to submit future reports such that a full calendar year of data is provided concurrently for both i the ARE0R and the RERR by April 30 of each year in accordance with DBNPS Technical Specifications 6.9.1.10 and 6.9.1.11.

For your reference, the enclosed Table 1 provides a listing of the specific requirements detailed in the DBNPS Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) and the portion of the ARE0R vhich was prepared to meet each requirement. Also provided under this cover to the Document Control Desk only, are ODCM Revision 7.0 dated February 3, 1995, and RERR Heteorological Data on 3 1/2 inch microdisk. No changes to the Process Control Program (PCP) occurred during this reporting period.
