Robert L. Tedesco letter to Frank A. Spangenberg dated February 25, 1982 Gentlemen:

As requested in the above referenced letter, we have compared the requirements of the subject rule with the information in the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project Preliminary Safety Analysis Report to determine if the application meets the Final Rule requirements.

Our review resulted in the identification of Section 50.34(f)(3)(v)(B) as not previously specifically addressed.

Amendment 24 to the Skagit/llanford Nuclear Project Preliminary Safety Analysis Report which will be submitted by April 19, 1982, will address this requirement.
