Gentlemen:
Puget Scund Power & Light Company herewith submits Amendment 26 to its Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) for the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project.
Amendment 26 updates information on vibratcry ground motion and establishes 0.35g as the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project SSE as explained in our letter number PLN-258, dated May 27, 1982; clarifies volcanic hazards design criteria and responds to NRC Questions 231.5 through 231.14.
The changes are indicated by a dark vertical line in the margin followed by the amendment number to which the change is applicable.
Pages affected by ' Amendment 26 are identified by the amendment date and number.
Instructions for incorporating the material into the PSAR are provided.
