, Proposed Rescission of Subagreements 1 and 2 Your letter of August 20, 1985, requested my concurrence in rescinding Sub-agreements 1 and 2 related to the review of the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project, Units 1 and 2.
I have no objection to rescinding the Subagreements and agree with the proposed action provided the Membrandum of Agreement Between the State of Washington and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission dated September 6, 1978, remains in effect.
