Dear Mr. Thompson:
As indicated in the above reference, the current schedule for submittal of amendments to the Skagit/Hanford ER and PSAR, reflecting the move of the Skagit Project to the Hanford Reservation, is on or about December 15, 1981.
Our current schedule for submittal of a TMI Amendment is late summer 1981. This schedule is based on our preliminary review of the April 8,1981 meeting with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff on the criteria to satisfy the proposed Amendment to 10 CFR 50 on Three Mile Island (TMD licensing requirements for the Near Term Construction Permit (NTCP) applications.
