G Puget Sound Power & Light Company herewith submits Amendment 7 to its Application for Site Certification / Environmental Report (ASC/ER) for the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project.

Amendment 7 provides revised information regarding need-for-power, alterna-tive energy sources, socioeconomics and the exclusion area boundary.

The changes are indicated by a dark vertical line in the margin followed by the amendment number to which the change is applicable. Pages affected by Amendment 7 carry the date in the upper right-hand corner.
