Environmental Report for the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project.

Amendment No. 4 revises the Environmental Report reflecting the relocation of the Skagit Nuclear Power Project to the Hanford Reservation. Because the document has been written to meet the requirements of both the NRC and the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council, the title has been changeo to "Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project Application for Site Certification / Environmental Report."
The changes are indicated by a dark vertical line in the margin followed by the amendment number to which the change is applicable. Pages affected by Amendment 4 carry the date in the upper right-hand corner.
Instructions for incorporating the material into the ER are provided.

' Amendment 4 of the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project Application for-Site Certification / Environmental Report, volumes 1, 2 and 3, is a new document and replaces Volumes 1,
2, and 3 and Appendices Volumes 1 and 2 of the Skagit Nuclear Power Project Environmental' Report.
Please discard the Skagit Nuclear Power Project. Environ-mental Report Volumes 1, 2 and 3 and Appendices Volumes 1 and 2.
