It is being submitted in compliance with 10 CFR 50.59(b)(2) and 10 CFR 72.48(b)(2).

Attached is a listing of changes to the facility (Facility Changes, Functional Equivalent Substitutions, Specification Changes, Temporary Modifications, and other documents) processed in 1994. The listed Safety Evaluations were prepared in support of ongoing design and approv~I processes. All the listed items have not necessarily been installed and declared operable. When they are completed, they will be included, if appropriate, as part of a regular FSAR revision.

Changes to the procedures are not itemized in this report because most were of little significance. Safety evaluations supporting procedure changes are available on site for NRC review.

In the context of 10 CFR 50:59 and 10 CFR 72.48, none of the activities are classified as tests or experiments .
