1991 ANNUAL REPORT OF FACILITY CHANGES, TESTS AND EXPERIMENTS GB Slade General Manager This letter provides the Palisades Plant Annual Repor~ of Changes, Tests and Experiments for calendar year 1991.
This report is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.59(b)(2).
Attached is the listing of changes to the facility (Facility-Changes, Specification Changes, Temporary Modifications and other documents) processed in 1991.
The listed Safety Evaluations were prepared in support of ongoing design and approval processes. All the listed items have not necessarily been installed and declared operable.
When these changes are completed, they will be included if appropriate as part of a regular FSAR revision.
Changes to procedures are not itemized in this report because of the very large number and because most were of little significance. Safety Evaluations which support procedure changes are available on site for NRC.review.
No activities which, in the context of 10 CFR 50.59, are classified as tests or experiments were completed.
