A motion requesting a time and place for the holding of I

the postponed prehearing conference in the above matter is enclosed. In addition, we are enclosing the partial initial decision of Judge Bergen in the proceeding re-lating to Pebble Springs being conducted by the State of Oregon. You should note that Judge Bergen proposes to issue an additional decision relating to other issues and Judge Bergen's decision is subject to further review by the Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council.

A copy of Judge Bergen's decision is also being sent to the other parties on the service list with the exception of Mr. Sandvik and Mr. Marbet, both of whom already have copies of the same.
