Preliminary Safety Analysis Report I Amendment No. 13 Enclosed are three (3) conformed copies of Amendment No. 13 to the Pebble Springs Nuclear Plant Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) dated January 1982. Sixty (60) additional copies of Amendment No. 13 to the PSAR are being transmitted under separate cover. This Amendment incorporates into appropriate sections of the PSAR information responsive to all applicable items discussed in new Paragraph (f) to 10 CFR 50.34, Additional TMI-related Requirements (47 FR 2286, dated January 15, 1982).
Material in this Amendment is also responsive to the NRC staff guidance contained in NUREG-0718, Revision 1.
This Amendment to the Pebble Springs PSAR satisfies our earlier commitment made in a letter dated October 2, 1981 to Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut, which was provided in response to Generic Letter No. 81-26 dated July 14, 1981.
We reiterate our request that a schedule be mutually established for review-ing this Amendment to assure a supplement to the Pebble Springs Safety Evaluation Report will be promulgated in a reasonably timely manner.
