Recommended Comments:

Several alternative sites are in or would affect Oregons coastal zone. Development at Big creek, Brad wood, Daley Lake, Derr Island, Jetty creek, 1!ayger, 1!iles Lake, Warrenton and Watseco Quarry would require consistency with Oregon's federally approved coastal management program.
