Docket Nos. 50-514 & 50-515 Gentlemen:
In responding to the Board's Order of September 22, 1978, we should note that we have had the benefit of the Staff's letter of September 29, 1978 and the State of Oregon's Response on the status of the State proceeding.
We would have nothing to add to either except to note that the Applicants' direct testimony on financial qualifications has been introduced into evidence.
In addition, Applicants will offer revised Section 11.2 of the PSAR at the resumed hearing.
This is amendment 12 referred to in Item 3 of the Staff's letter of September 29.
In addition, Applicants may offer some additional testimony depending upon our review of the material to be filed by the Staff and any testimony Mr. Marbet may propose to offer relating to financial qualifications.
We will advise the Board in this respect as soon as possible as well as keeping the Board informed of events which may affect the outcome of the above proceeding.
