On April 24 in a telephone conversation with staff attorney, Bernard Bordenick, it came to my attention that Forelaws On Board has not received the last two orders issued by the Board in this proceeding.
As we have just received, on April 23, the staff's FES on site suitability and we have not yet received copies of the Board's orders, as promised by Mr. Bordenick in our conversation, Forelaws On Board requests an opportunity to provide, within a 30-day time frame, suggested by the staff in their March 10 letter to the Board regarding site suitability, our response to your orders.
