Decket No. 50-367 (Construction Permit Extension)

Dear Mr. Grcssman:

This letter will memorialize the telephone conversation of February 20, 1980 which followed your call to our office. In that conversation you informed me that after consultation with the NRC Staff Attorney assigned to this case and the other Board members you had decided to deny the State of Illinois Motion for Continuance filed February 19, 1980, and an order to that effect was being filed. In response I reiterated the position we had taken in our motion and ir.dicated that an additional motion in regard to contentions may be filed by the State of Illinois.

I believe this accurately records the gist of our conversation of February 20, 1980. If I have overicoked anything please advise me.

Very truly yours,

.'_, ,- v . . .
