The copies of these affidavits should be inserted in lieu of the telecopied copies filed with our submittal of May 26, 1981. The original and two (2) copies of the affidavits have been filed with the Docketing and Scrvice Section, Office of the Secretary, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555.
