Dear Sir:

In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) and recent exchanges, General Electric Company, Vallecitos Nuclear Center (GE-VNC) hereby submits a complete revision of the " Security Plan For The Protection of Reactor Facilities under License R-33." This June,1981 edition supersedes all previous submissions entirely, and will be used as the base of future revisions.

We believe this meets the requirements of the regulations and trust that we shall have your approval.

As the enclosures coritain information concerning the safeguarding of Reactor Facilities, GE-VNC requests that they be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to10CFR2.790(d).
