Based on;Mr. G. Cunningham's telephone call.of October 7, 1985 we understand
that the first sentence on page.2 of the# inspection report'is incorrect.
Specifically, _a verbak policy requiring the presence of a second individual at
the. facility when ever~a licensed operator with medical restrictions is
performing' licensed activities had been established, conveyed to the NTR
facility staff and was being implemented.
Accordingly; please find a.correrted page 2 to replace page 2 of the report
transmitted on October 1, 1985.
