The re-opening of the GETR would pose a severe threat to my health and safety, and to the health and safety of everyone who lives or works near it, and especially to people who drink the water of Vallecitos Creek. 2 therefore realize it is necessary to make a limited appearance, pursuant to Section 2.715 (a) of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, at any public hearings that may be held in the process of re-opening the GETR.
