Ms. Susan L. Hiatt ,
OCRE Representative IN RESPONSE REFER l 8275 Munson Road TO F01A-86-91 Mentor, OH 44060
Dear Ms. Hiatt:
~.
This is in response to your letter dated February 12, 1986, in which you 1 requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of l nine categories of records relating to damages occurring to nuclear power plants following an earthquake exceeding the operating basis earthquake and the January 31, 1986, earthquake occurring near the Perry site.
The records identified on enclosed Appendix A are enclosed. The staff did not correlate these records with the subject categories since several categories may be appropriate. You will be billed separately by our Division of Accounting and Finance in the amount of $47.05 for the enclosed 941 pages.
1 The records identified on enclosed Appendix B have previously been made available for inspection and copying at the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555.
em During a recent telephone conversation with Nina Toms, you narrowed the scope of your request to exclude the draft inspection report. A copy of the final inspection report is listed at item 66 of Appendix A and is enclosed.
Sincerely,
~ ~
M Donnie H. Grimsley, Director Division of Rules and Records Office of Administration
