In the "NRC Staff Answer to 1) Intervenors' Request for Referral and 2) Licensee's Motion for Imposition of Sanctions", dated November 29, 1978, on page 2, the sec-tion heading labeled "B . Licensee's Request for Appropriate Sanctions Should Be Denied" should be corrected to read " . . . Should be Granted." Although the Staff does not agree with the Licensee's suggestion in its Response that outright dismissal of Intervenors is warranted at this time, the Staff does support Licen-see's request for the imposition of appropriate sanctions, to be determined by the Board (Staff Answer, pp. 3,4) . I apologize for any confusion that this error may have caused the Board and the parties.
