LICENSE RENEWAL AND POSSESSION ONLY AMENDMENT In response to your October 21, 1975 renewal request and your June 26, 85
-possession only request, as supplemented, for Operating License.No. TR-1,\\the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued Amendment No. 14. The amendment renews the license and authorizes possession, but not operation, of the nuclear test reactor located at the Vallecitos Nuclear Center, Alameda County, California, until October 1, 1992. This amendment restates the license in its-entirety.
In. addition to renewing the license and authorizing possession only status, this amendment reflects the technical specification changes. accompanying your possession only request.
Copies of Amendment No. 14 and the related Safety Evaluation are enclosed.
A notice of issuance pertaining to this action will be forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
