Administrative changes in personnel necessitate changes to security plans submitted for License TR-l.
Six copies of pages changed are submitted for Reference 2 (the plan in place) and Reference 3 (the plan under consideration).
As the enclosure contains information concerning the safeguarding of SNM, GE-VNC i
requests that it be withheld from public disclosure, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
