ISSUAN':E OF AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO FACILITY LICENSE NO. DR-10 (RADIATION MONITORING FREQUENCY)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 4 to Facility License No.
DR-10 for the ESADA Vallecitos Experimental Superheat Reactor (EVESR). The amendment consists of a change to the Technical Specifications, in response to your submittal of August 16, 1987, to permit a general radiation survey annually instead of twice annually.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 4 is enclosed.
