Requested Documents Mary, I learned today that you did not receive information sent by the NRC last May regarding the disposal of soil at Pilgrim. I am sending you via USPS a copy of the following: [a] the NRC Safety Evaluation Report entitled "Approval Under 10 CFR 20.302(a) Relocation and Placement of Construction Soil with Traces of Residual Radioactivity on Site at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station" dated May 4, 1993; and, [b] the applicable sections of Inspection Report 99-11 dated April 20, 1999. Please confirm receipt by return email when they have arrived.
