The following information was obtained from the licensee via fax:

"At 1309 EDT, a Kemp Ridley Sea turtle was discovered at the Dilution Plant. It was recovered at 1310 and was non-responsive. Plant procedures were used to try and resuscitate the turtle with no results. The turtle was declared dead at 1340. The Marine Mammal Stranding Center was notified at 1345 of the incident and are enroute to Oyster Creek to take possession of the turtle."

Notified R1DO (Burritt) and Endangered Species group via email.
