OC TrUum Leak & Aging Management Questions from the state have started about the impact on the aging management programs since shortly after entering period of extended operations they find a leak a buried carbon steel pipe in their condensate transfer system.

Any help would be appreciated in understanding what is required of them for extent of condition, etc....
