OFFSITE NOTIFICATION OF SEA TURTLE RECOVERY "Notification of the National Marine Fisheries Service Endangered Species Coordinator made for an incidental take of a live sea turtle at the dilution plant bay 5."

The turtle was reported to be in good condition. The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector and State authorities in addition to the National Marine Fisheries Service.

This report is loggable and is not assigned an EN #. The R1DO (Holody) notified. The NRC endangered species group notified via e-mail.
