In our recently submitted " Response of South Carolina Electric & Gas Company to the Reply Brief of Central Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. ," we inadvertently omitted page two of the attachment to the letter dated January 5, 1979, from George H. Fischer of SCE&G to P. T. Allen of Central Electric, which was appended to our Response.

services to CEPCO such as:

1) Dispatch, control and maintenance of unit,
2) Supply supplemental capacity and energy-requirements to the extent possible to firm up CEPCO's load demand requirements to her member cooperatives presently served by SCE&G.

3) Provide backup reserve capacity.
4) Wheel CEPCO's load demand requirements to the extent possible, to all their delivery points.
5) Transact the exchange of capacity and energy between CEPCO and SCE&G from generating capacity subject to this arrangement under Rate Schedules filed with and approved by the Federal Energy I

Regulatory Commission.

The transactions outlined hereunder would commence
