Law on Seismic Issues. Applicants' reply is limited to the proposed findings submitted by the Staff as the Intervenor, Mr. Bursey, did not file proposed findings on the seismic contention.

In regard to the reopened emergency planning matters which were heard on January 20, 1982, Applicants have reviewed the Staff's proposed findings and are in general agreement therewith. We do not intend to file any reply thereto. Here again, Mr. Bursey did not file proposed l
