"Notifications were made to the National Marine Fisheries Endangered Species Coordinator for the take of a dead juvenile Kemp Ridley sea turtle at our dilution plant structure."

The licensee notified the NRC Resident Inspector.

Notified R1DO (Ferdas) and Endangered Species group via e-mail.
