The following information was obtained from the licensee via fax:

"Oyster Creek had an incidental take of a live sea turtle (Juvenile Kemps Ridley) at 2130 EDT. The National Marine Fisheries Service has been contacted and the Brigantine Marine Mammal Stranding Center has taken custody of the sea turtle. No safety systems were required to actuate for this event."

The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector.

Notified R1DO (Dimitriadis) and Endangered Species group via email.
