ref voice mails John-I just listened to your last two voice mails.I agree that commitment#27 needs revision and have discussed with Noel that we need to a complete rewrite of the list and section 3.5 and 4.7 conerning the drywell.Your next commitment letter, the ACRS letter, the License Conditions and the Sandia information will all have to be incorporated.

Your decision to wait till after the ACRS letter is a good one. I am asking for additional time from PT Kuo for us to complete the final SER.You asked about letters from the State of New Jersey, We have, I believe, two that we are responding with a letter. I am sure that they are in ADAMS but dont have the ML numbers at home.
