Dear Mr. Young:

The New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency is currently responding to coarnents of the Regional Assistance Committee (RAC) of the Federal Emergency Management Agency pertaining to New Hampshire state and local Radiological Emergemy Response Plans (NHRERP) for Seabrook Station. This is an additional opportunity to ircorporate changes as suggested by local officials into the planning documents. '

A work progran has been established to ensure timely incomoration of the proposed changes into the plans and procedures. When the work program is complete, changes will be distributed in the fom of a revision to all holders of controlled ccpies of the plans and procedures.

Your Technological Hazards Division representative will be contacting you to review with you '.he comments of the RAC and suggested modifications to plans and procedures which you might present. We would appreciate your helping us meet an August 1st deadline for cocpiling coments and suggestions.

As holder of control copy # 3 of the Rye RERP Plan, your cooperation and assistance with this latest effort to ifnprove ard refine the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plans will be greatly appreciated. If you recpire further infomation, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
