The licensee contacted the National Marine fisheries Service for an

incidental take of 2 sea

turtles at the dilution plant. One in bay #6 was deceased and one in bay

1. 5 is alive but

unresponsive. Notified R1DO (DeFrancisco) and the Endangered Species

Group (via e-mail).
