Dear Mr. Maas:

This refers to your applications date.' lanuary 13 and April 15, 1997, requesting revision of Part 11 of License SNM-1227 to include criticality safety analysis (CSA) summaries for several processes. Th?se CSAs were submitted in partial. fulfillment of your commitment to provide the NRC with CSA summaries for all processes at your facility, as documented in the staff's Safety Evaluation Report. dated November 15, 1996. Our review of the submittals has identified additional information that is needed before final action can be taken on your request.

-Several pages cited in the January and April cover letters were not included in the submittals as stated. Specifically, your submittal dated January 13, 1997, indicateo that page 15-30a on the Line 2 00 Powder 2 Production System was included, and your submittal dated April 15. 1997, indicated that pages .

15 33 through 15-37d on the Bundle Asserrbly Process. Line 1 Process Offgas System, and Line 2 Process Offgas System were included. .

Please provide the missing pages within 30 days of the date of this letter. ,
