The NRC staff provided a request for supplemental information (Reference 2) to completethe review of Reference 1.This letter is being submitted as a supplement to Reference 1 to correct an incorrect reference tothe applicable 10 CER 50.55a paragraph in Relief Request REL-PPI. I&M's initial submittal.(Reference 1) identified Relief Request REL-PP1 as being requested under the provisions of 10CFR 50.55a(z)(1), which was incorrect. Relief Request REL-PP1 is being requested under theprovisions of 10 CFR 50.55a(z)(2).Additionally, Enclosure 2 of Reference 1 incorrectly identified Agencywide Documents Access andManagement System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML061730715 as a precedent for REL-PPI. Thecorrect ADAMS No. is ML061730175.I&M requests approval of the relief requests prior to the start of the Fifth 10-Year Test Interval,which will begin July 1, 2016.4QO47 U. S.
