Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1, National Board State of Michigan Number 20761 (Mich. M-096762-M), located in Bridgman, Michigan, for the period of April 29, 2008 to April 9, 2010. The plant is owned by Indiana Michigan Power Company, P.O. Box 60, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46801. This summary report satisfies the reporting requirements described in American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Case N-532-4, Repair/Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission,Section XI, Division 1.
