This letter is to inform you of changes in facility administrative personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Nuclear Engineering Laboratory's TRIGA (License No. R-26) nuclear reactor. On March 17,1994, Keith J. Schiager submitted his resignation as a member of the Reactor Safety Committee effective upon his last day as Radiation Safety Officer at the University of Utah (March 31,1994).
Byron L. liardy has been appointed as the Interim RSO and will also attend RSC meetings as such. A copy of Byron liardy's resume is enclosed with this letter. Eventually, the person who replaces Dr. Schiager as RSO will take the position on the Reactor Safety Committee.
