this letter provides a dcscription of each change that will be incorporated into Revision 23 upon NnC approval of Revision 22 to t r- 2 Plans. The Attachment contains Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure. This letter when r, epa rr.ted from the Atta nent does not contain Safeguards Infornation and should be handled a mntrolled.

WCNOC received Reference 1, A nendment M to WCGE Nerating License, which reflected organization anc title cha.,ges. Thece changes have been incorporated into Wolf Creek Nuclea r Opertting Corporation (WCNOC) policies ar.d procedures, and will be incorporated into Revision 23 of the Plans.

Reference 2 submitted Revision 22 to these plans and is presently being reviewed by NRC Region IV and NRP staff for 10 CFR 50.54(p) applicability. Upon approval of Revision 22 by N7C staff, Revision 23 to those plans will be subrtitted end will include the aforementioned changes. This matter s.as discussied with W. D. Johnson, Section Chief, on 19ril 21, 1993.
