In accordance with Environmental Technical Spedification 2.4.4.2',' the following occurrence is reported. The report was discussed with our Resident Inspector; Mr. D.. A. Beckman, at approximately 1400 hours0.0162 days <br />0.389 hours <br />0.00231 weeks <br />5.327e-4 months <br /> on May 29, 1981.

During routine review of Radcon surveillance reccrds for the period of May 27 through May 29, 1981, it was discovered that a sample of the gaseous waste discharge path was not taken on May 28,' as required with the radiation monitor, (RM-GW-108A, B], out of service. -The required samples were taken on May 27 and 29.

The health and safety of the general public was not jeopardized since no

. gaseous waste releases occurred during the period. Any additional information or corrective action will be included in the follow-up report.
