arch 1986-On March 7, 1986, PVNGS Unit 1 commenced a planned manual shutdown for surveillance testing.However, the reactor automatically tripped prior to completing the shutdown.This planned surveillance testing outage was incorrectly listed as a forced outage and the 581.0 hours should have been listed as scheduled outage hours.A ril 1986-The planned surveillance outage continued through April for PVNGS Unit 1 and the 720.0 hours should have been listed as scheduled outage hours.March 1988-PVNGS Unit 1 began a scheduled refueling outage on October 1, 1987 which continued until January 10, 1988 when a forced outage was entered due to an inoperable control element assembly.Subsequently, on March 1, 1988, Unit 1 returned to the scheduled refueling outage for a period of 222.7 hours.In summary, 1186 forced outage hours (-115+581+720)should be deleted for 1986.For 1988, 222.7 hours should be deleted from the total forced outage hours.
