Condensate Expansion Joint -Feeder I have reviewed my notes, the application, and the SER. I have an outline of the write up.However: As you recall I observed the inspection of the Condensate Expansion Joint only because it was an inspection being performed by Exelon that had some nexus with license renewal. I was basically tired of sitting around waiting for them to resolve the dry well UT problems.

The Condensate Expansion Joint inspection was part of the Periodic Inspection Aging Management program.However the Condensate Expansion Joint inspection was not a seperately identified commitment.

Because the write up of this observation would be unlike every other part of your report because it would not start by identifying the related commitment I strongly suggest we drop this one. It will confuse everyone, is not related to the main subject of your inspection report, and will un-necessarily delay the report.Your call.1, Received:
