10 CFR 71.97 The University of Michigan is planning to ship irradiated reactor fuel to the Department of Energy's Westinghouse Savannah River site, South Carolina in mid-Summer of 1998.

I am requesting, in accordance with the referenced regulation, a list of the names and mailing addresses of the state governors' designees for advance notifications.
