Dear Mr. Michaels:
This letter covers the submittal of Revision 15 to the Ford Nuclear Reactor Emergency Plan. l l
All changes to the Plan are designated with a l15 in the right hand margin. The changes are in the I following areas:
- 1. Street name changes due to road construction and new University buildings are reflected l in area maps shown in Figure 6 (Introduction) and Appendix 4. i l
- 2. The Nuclear Reactor Laboratory On-Call Supervisor is added to the line of succession for l the Emergency Director in section 3.1.1. This addition makes the Emergency Plan i consistent with the Ford Nuclear Reactor License (refer to Amendment 43), which was l modified and approved to expand the list ofindividuals who may serve as Reactor On-Call Supervisor. !

- 3. The retirement of Bob Burn from our staff means that his name no longer appears on emergency stafflists in Appendix 3.
