This submlttal is in accordance with 10 CFR 55.45(b)(5) and certifies that (1) the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) Unit Number 1 plant-referenced simulator meets the Nuclear "egulatory Commission's requirements for a simulation facility consisting solely of a plant-referenced simulator, (2) documentation of the performance testing vill be tetained in acenrdance with 10 CFR 55.45(b), and (3) the DBNPS plant-referenced simulator meets the guidance of ANSI /ANS-3.5-1985, Nuclear Power Plant Simulators for Use in Operator Training, as endorsed by Regulatory Guide 1.149 Revision 0, Nuclear Power Plant Simulation Facilities for Use in Operator License Examinations.
