ROBERT PELLETIER j Civil Quality Control Engineer j Graduated from high school in 1959. Served four years in the USAF as a Dental Corpsman, honorably discharged in 1963. Then employed as a shop-man in a structural steel shop end completed this employment as the head estimator, then employed by a general contractor responsible for structural steel estimating, troubleshooting, subcontract negotiating, field coord-inator and field engineer. Began employment with Bechtel Power as a Field Engineer in the subcontracts dept. , Rock Springs, Wyo. In 1975 was assigned as a QC Engineer on a Nuclear Plant inspecting structural steel erection and other civil quality control activities.
