MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNIT 1 2006 DECOMMISSIONING FUNDING STATUS REPORT Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.75(f)(I), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) submits the attached information on the status of decommissioning funding for Millstone Power Station (MPS) Unit 1. There have been no material changes to the trust agreements established for nuclear decommissioning of MPS Unit 1. As outlined in DNC letter Serial No. 05-318, dated October 21, 2005, the annual costs for decommissioning activities and to maintain MPS Unit 1 in modified SAFSTOR are approximately four million dollars per year (in 2004 dollars) for the period 2005 through 2010. These disbursements are consistent with the MPS Unit 1 decommissioning funding status attached which continues to show adequate funds available to complete decommissioning activities planned.
