(DENC, Dominion Energy Virginia and DESC) hereby confirm that a primary policy is provided by Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL). NEIL also provides excess and blanket nuclear property insurance. The Company's total nuclear property insurance coverage is $1.06 Billion for Millstone Power Station, $1.06 Billion for North Anna Power Station, $1.06 Billion for Surry Power Station and $1.06 Billion for Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Power Station.
